What we collect
When you reach out through the contact form or by phone, you may share your name, email address, phone number, your dog's name, and a description of what you'd like help with. We collect only what you choose to send us.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to you personally and to arrange and support your training. With your consent, we may send occasional messages related to your dog's training. You can ask to stop these at any time.
Website analytics
To see which pages are helpful, this site counts visits with PostHog. The count is anonymous: your IP address is discarded, nothing you type into the contact form or the Calm Quiz is sent to the analytics service, and no advertising cookies are set. A small identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so one person reading several pages counts as one visit.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to provide your service or as required by law.
